Redeem your voucher by presenting your SMS to the receptionist at the doctor’s rooms or via a secure link you will be sent for your virtual consultation.

Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Virtual GP Voucher (R320.00)

The NetcarePlus Virtual GP Voucher gives you access to a private doctor consultation.

Please note: The doctor will be able to provide medical advice and treatment of minor, acute illness only. If the doctor is unable to diagnose and/or treat your condition virtually- you may be referred to a GP for a face-to-face consultation in the doctor’s rooms. You can purchase a GP Voucher for your follow up consultation.

The NetcarePlus GP Voucher provides you with access to a private consultation with a doctor in the NetcarePlus network.

Doctor consultation plus medication (R470.00)

The NetcarePlus GP plus Medication Voucher provides you with access to a private consultation with a doctor in the NetcarePlus network and includes acute medication that you may require.
